Question: I already add items to cart. When I’m about to proceed to payment, there’s a message saying “Error. An item in your cart is no longer available, you cannot proceed with your order.” But there's no indication which item is out of stock. Please help!!
Answer: This means the quantity of an item that you wish to purchase has exceeded our instock quantity. Please see below description for more detail.

Question: What payment methods do you accept?
International (all countries): Credit Card (Visa/Master)
Indonesia: BCA Bank
Thailand: Kasikorn & SCB Bank

Question: I want to pay by credit card and I would like to pay in my local currency. 
Answer: 
When you're browsing, you can select any currencies of your wish. However, our credit card default payout currency is in THB (Thai Baht). When customers are ready to submit their orders, you will be directed to our credit card payment gateway. Customers will be charged at the THB price point and payments are taken in THB. Your credit card company will charge you in your local currency. The currency rate is set by your card issuer/bank, at the time of purchase. Please check with them if you'd like to know the exact exchange rate.

You can pay by credit/debit cards without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page, you will be presented with two options:
(1) Pay with my PayPal account (Log In to PayPal)
(2) Pay with my Credit/Debit Card (no need to have PayPal account)

Question: How much will shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the destination and the total weight of the package. The cost of shipping can be calculated by adding the items to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Once you have reached the checkout page, you can select your shipping destination and view the selection of shipping methods and the cost of shipping for each method.

Question: I already add items to cart. Does this mean you will reserve my orders?
Answer: Sorry, we're not able to reserve your cart content, not until an order is submitted (and payment is completed). Stock inventory will decrease when another customer purchase the same items as yours. So please remember, items in shopping cart, those aren't yours until you submit an order to us. 

Question: I already submitted my order. Can I change or add something to my order?
Answer: Once an order is submitted, it is final. It cannot be changed in any ways.  You cannot remove, add or exchange anything to this order, as it will disrupt our stock inventory. If you want to add, you must start with a new order. So please check your order carefully before submitting.

Question: Will I need to pay for taxes and duties on my package? If so, how much?
Answer: It depends. Duties and taxes are different in every country and many factors play into determining if you need to pay them. Every shipment may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once the shipment enters your country.  If you do get charged, the fee will have to be paid when the item is delivered to your house or when you pick up package at the post office. We do not take any responsibilities for taxes and duties; receiver must shoulder the fee.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.  

Question: Why are your default prices stated in Thai Baht (THB)? How do I know how much would that be in my local currency?
Answer:  On the left menu, you can find the link of Currency Converter where you can easily convert Thai Baht into your country currency. When you make Credit Card payment, you will be charged in THB (our default currency). Your credit card company will bill you in your local currency. If you pay via Western Union money transfer or Bank Wire TT, you must specify the payout amount in THB, so we will collect the exact same amount here. Do remember, for bank wire TT payment, a 500 THB (receiving fee in Thailand) must be added to your total invoice amount.

Question: I experience "Payment Error" everytime I tried to complete payment. What should I do?
Answer:
There are many possible reasons. These are some of the following:
-Incorrect Billing Address. Be sure to review your billing address, make sure it matches your credit/debit card statement address
-Incorrect digits or name entered when entering the card information
-Insufficient funds in the credit/debit card account
-Issuing bank is offline or unavailable to authorize the charge (please try again a few hours later or the next day)

If you know that your credit card is valid but your payment doesn’t go through, you might want to:
-Contact your credit card issuer directly. Ask why your card was declined, and whether you can still use it. If you can still use your card, please try your transaction again.
-Pay securely online using your bank account. You can link your bank account to your PayPal account in just a few minutes. We will never sees your financial or other personal information.
-Link a different credit card to your PayPal account.

 

 

Question: How do I know you're not a SCAMMER or fake seller? I don't want to make payment and never received my goods. Any reassurance?
Answer:  
1. We are PAYPAL VERIFIED PREMIER SELLER.
This indicates that we have passed PayPal security checks. Buyers may have a piece of mind when dealing with a Paypal verified seller. A safe & secure transaction is guaranteed. If we were a scammer, our Paypal account will be suspended in no time.
2. If we are a scammer or we do not send out your order, the words will spread quickly on the internet world. You can browse through or google up our company name to see if any bad testimonials come up. We started our clothing business since 2006. Our shoop website has been active for many years.
If we were a fake seller, we will end up losing all of our businesses in a short period of time. We will not last this long. To cheat on customers money would be a silly risk to take after all the amount of hard work we have put into building our shop's reputation for years. So rest assured that we're a 100% legitimate seller and we're only looking at a long term business relationship with customers!


Question: How do I remove oil spots on the clothing?
Answer:  This is very easy. Sprinkle baby powder on the stained are and smear it. Let the powder sits for 1 hour or longer (the powder will soak up the oil). Brush off the powder. The oil stain will disappear. If stain is still apparent, repeat the process. Hope this helps!


Question: If I have my own design, can you manufacture it for me? What would be the minimum requirement?
Answer:  Yes, we do accept custom design bulk tailoring. Please show us your design, specify the material and we will quote you the price for you. The MOQ for custom tailoring depends on the design. Please contact us to have further discussion.
