Return & Refund

Our dresses are individually and thoroughly inspected during the packing process. 
Quality Control inspection is carried out to minimize the number of defective items found.
However, please understand that NO QC can promise a 100% outcome. From the past few years of records, our QC guarantees a 98% outcome at the very least. This means out of 100 dresses purchased, there will be no more than 2 defective items found, guaranteed! We rarely receive any major complaints regarding the quality of our dresses.

Please note, only SIGNIFICANTLY DEFECTIVE merchandise is eligible for a refund (a tear or a large hole in the fabric, prominent non-washable stain, and other prominent non repairable defects). Missing buttons, unsown joints, oil stains can be easily fixed. With regret, we cannot accept return or refund on "Sale" items; sale item is sold as it is. We reserve the right to deny your claim for a return/refund if the product does not belong to the  "Significantly Defective" category.

Please check all dresses upon receiving your package. In the unlikely event you find any defective parts, please take a clear photo of the defect part and email it to us. We can either give you a partial discount or we can issue a full refund of the dress price if the dress is being returned to us. Returning postage however must be shouldered by buyer.

Please note that claiming for a discount/refund for defective dresses can only be done within 3 days after receiving the shipment. If 3 days has exceeded, your claims will not be accepted. So please make sure you inspect all dresses immediately upon receipt. Discount/refund will be given as a store credit (website voucher), to be used to deduct your total amount for your future transaction.
